Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel a booking through your BirdPass account or by contacting support. Cancellation fees and eligibility are governed by the airline or hotel fare rules for your specific booking. Some fares allow free cancellation within 24 hours of purchase; others are non-changeable and non-refundable. Any applicable refund will follow our Refund Policy. To cancel, contact contact@birdpass.co with your booking reference as early as possible, since fees generally increase closer to the travel date.
